The client brief
I’m the fundraising director for a charity that’s been hiding away from new technology for years. In the past, we’ve failed miserably to tap into new media. Now we want that to change. We’d like a bright new website to deliver our key messages. A fresh look that will attract new supporters and make people take notice of us. An image makeover, if you like. I’d like pictures, sound, video – maximum use of all the media available. You’ve got a free hand, but we want real impact – and we’d like it as soon as possible. Is that feasible?
